Senior Stage Band Performance – Showcase 2012

 

PERFORMANCE: Showcase 2012

PERFORMANCE DATE: Thursday, 30th August 2012

ARRIVAL TIME: 5:30PM

SHOWCASE COMMENCES: 7PM

DESTINATION/VENUE: South Junior Leagues Club, 558A Anzac Parade, Kingsford NSW

TRANSPORT TO VENUE: Make own way

TRANSPORT FROM VENUE: Make own way

WHAT TO WEAR: MEP uniform – MEP Shirt, Black trousers, Black shoes, Black socks (not tights or jeans, no ankle socks)

WHAT TO BRING: Instrument or drum sticks

Students are to arrive via Wallace St and meet Ms Masterson & Murray Jackson at the holding area at 5:30pm. Children participating in the performance are encouraged to bring some food and simple games/cards/books to occupy themselves during the holding time. Entry for audience is through the main doors of the club on Anzac Pde. The Club Auditorium will be open at 6:30pm. The venue is a club and all children are restricted to the Auditorium. After performing, each group will return to the holding area until the end of the concert, when their parents will be able to collect them.

THIS PERFORMANCE IS COMPULSORY – IF YOUR CHILD CAN NOT MAKE IT PLEASE ADVISE MURRAY JACKSON OR DONNA MASTERSON
