NSW Bands Festival School Annual Fundraiser – Help Needed!

As you may know, the MEP established the catering fundraiser at the  NSW Bands Festival – No, this is a whole of school annual fundraiser.  Last year the funds we raised went to buying a new PA for the hall.
This year –the Music Ensemble Programme are once again coordinating the first weekend.  It is the first weekend of Week 1 of Term 3 – So…unless we get donations of lollies and soft drinks in the next two weeks, AND get the roster filled, we will be facing a four day lead time to get it all together.  EEK!
What we need –
1) Donations of lollies (lots) water (lots) soft drinks (creaming soda, squash, coke, coke zero, lemonade) to the front office any time in the next two weeks before the holidays.
2) Commitment to fill the roster for the weekend Saturday July 19 and Sunday July 20(7am to 7pm) please go to website http://www.rosebay-h.schools.nsw.edu.au/parent-community/nsw-band-festival-fundraising and grab your two-hour timeslot – taking part is fun and a good way to meet other parents!
Email Kelly Robinson who is coordinating the roster kelly.robinson6@det.nsw.edu.au  to lock in your shift.
3) Donations of baked treats to sell –  http://www.rosebay-h.schools.nsw.edu.au/parent-community/nsw-band-festival-fundraising  these can be brought to the school in airtight containers the Friday before, or better yet, delivered to the venue (Clancy Auditorium, High St, Randwick)  We will need: cakes, cup cakes, brownies and savoury items such as quiche, bacon and egg pies, spinach pie, sausage rolls and soup.
Thankfully, we have a small team of dedicated co-ordinators to make the weekend work, you just need to bring donations and a couple of hours of your time to make it fly for 2014.
Thanks for your support!!
