9.30-10.00 Get Up and Sing with Cassy Bartolomei

Start the day with a song and feel those endorphins doing their job for the rest of the day. Everyone is welcome to join the singalong.
The sessions are run on Zoom by our resident singing teacher Cassy Bartolomei. The aim is to get us all having a fun uplifting sing to help start our day with a bounce.
No singing experience or ability required just an desire to shake up the week with a fun new activity. Repertoire will be a range of uplifting fun contemporary songs.

Materials: plastic buckets, frying pans, chopsticks.
Grab buckets, frying pans and chopsticks and get ready to explore rhythms from Afro-Cuban, African and Arabic traditions. Starting with basic patterns and progressing to more challenging ones, we will look at the practical application of the interlocking and communal nature of the rhythms, and have a great time.
11.00-11.30 Guitar Workshop for Beginners with Sean Windsor

During this 30 minute Zoom workshop, we’ll learn a few chords that you can use to play 100’s of different songs! Beginners welcome. No experience necessary. All you need is a guitar.
Everything covered during the workshop will be available to download, so you can keep on playing in your own time, too.
